Production Time
All products in our store are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for your order after the purchase is completed.
Production typically takes between 2–5 business days depending on the product type, order volume, and seasonal demand. During peak periods or holidays, production times may be longer.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
After production is completed, orders are shipped using trusted third-party carriers.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Coverage
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 on all orders within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $80.
Shipping rates are fixed and do not vary based on product weight or destination within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we may offer re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet the estimated production and delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including high order volume, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other logistical issues.
Such delays do not qualify as product defects and do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund once production has begun.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, production and delivery times may be extended due to high order volume and carrier demand. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow a few additional days for carrier delays. If your package is still missing after this time, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
