Refund policy

We value our customers and are committed to ensuring product quality and satisfaction. Because our products are made to order, please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To report an issue, please contact us at contact@wordsoftruthdesign.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include the following information:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product showing the issueA photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible
The delivery date of your order

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

If the claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

A free replacement of the item at no additional cost

A full refund issued to the original payment method

For damaged or defective items, customers will generally not be required to return the original product.

Made-to-Order Products
All products in our store are made specifically for each order. Because of this production model, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Ordering the wrong product, color, or size

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing an order.

3.      Production and Shipping Process
All items are produced after an order is placed. Production typically takes between 3–5 business days depending on the product and order volume.

Once production is completed, orders are shipped using third-party shipping carriers. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Shipping time estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to high order volume, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Such delays do not qualify as product defects and do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or cancellation once production has begun.

4.      Claim Period
All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

5.      Claim Requirements
To process a claim, sufficient evidence must be provided, including photos of the issue as described above.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if the required information is not provided or if the claim does not meet the conditions of this policy.

In rare cases, we may request that an item be returned before issuing a replacement or refund. If a return is required, we will provide instructions.

6.      Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of made-to-order products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products without manufacturing defects
Items ordered in the wrong size or color
Items purchased during final sales or promotional events
Gift cards

7.      Production Variations
Because products are made to order, slight variations in print placement, color tone, or size may occur. These minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
